💜Elaine 💜 is an eCommerce Strategist and Disability Empowerment Coach. Born with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy she has continued to strive in business.
Elaine creates businesses primarily from her bed. Elaine started the business after medical retirement at 32, selling cake and craft supplies. She converted into a successful e-commerce enterprise in 2014 and now teaches others how to create multiple streams of income through out-of-the-box thinking for stay-at-home moms and people with disabilities.
Elaine advocates for the disabled community on issues including housing, employment, and disability rights.
Elaine talks about her experiences as a disabled entrepreneur. As well as consulting businesses on diversity in and around the boardroom level roles in relation to the disabled community, and coaches to make their courses accessible to the Disabled Community.
