Letting Go - Meditation #4
Manage episode 372176802 series 3434491
Experience inner peace and emotional freedom by letting go of what no longer serves you.
During this meditation, you will:
- Hear a story by Thich Nhat Hanh about releasing attachments and expectations, guiding you to practice non-attachment for true contentment and inner peace.
- Enter stillness to identify one attachment or idea (a "cow") that may not be necessary for your genuine happiness.
- Notice where you feel the attachment in your body and set the intention to let it go, cultivating inner freedom.
- Utilize two breath-synced mantras: "Breathing in, I observe letting go. Breathing out, I observe letting go," or "Let" on the inhale and "Go" on the exhale to release the grip of attachment.
