A big part of where worry comes from is our focus on the absolute worst case scenario that our minds can imagine. I know that I am guilty of being a worrier, a habit that has led me to experience significant anxiety, especially back in 2020.

Over the years, I have been working hard on personal development and strengthening my mental pathways to better manage these thoughts, and in this episode of The Professional Creative, I share a simple yet powerful tool that has made a huge difference for me: balancing worst-case scenarios with best-case scenarios!

Whether you're making personal decisions or navigating business challenges, I encourage you to weigh the risks against the potential rewards. Imagine not just what could go wrong but also what could go wonderfully right. By flipping the script and focusing on abundance, you might find a more balanced perspective that empowers you to take bold steps forward!
