Today I’m visiting with Jeannie Oliver of Jeannie Oliver Wellness, functional nutrition and wellness coach who helps you get out of the dieting hamster wheel for good using a personalized functional medicine approach.

Part of living your Fuck Yeah Life is taking care of your body. Many of us struggle with chronic health issues, extra weight, or an unhealthy relationship with food. Jeannie’s work brings together functional medicine principles, like checking blood work, and her training and experience as a nutritionist to customize a healthy, balanced approach for each client.

Jeannie’s process starts with mindset and getting the goals straight, then detoxification because if your body isn’t releasing toxins effectively, the rest of the process won’t go well. From there, they do the work to unlearn the habits and attitudes that have been keeping them stuck.
