He has proven multi-industry track record of delivering growth, change and inspiration.

Market development strategy

Henry says that people need to understand the fundamental principle of how a triangle works between brand building, marketing and sales. Patience is such a virtue in sales. You need to allow time to generate sales and leads. Otherwise, it will destroy brand and its value. You need to show off your expertise and engage with your own brand with content marketing. It leaves the positive connotation in people’s minds. You need to interact with your customers in their journeys. Deal with the customer complaints. Your degree of responsiveness is where you build company brand. Another key thing is to nurture the relationship and build partnerships. It’s two-way like in any other relationship.
