Have you ever been in a situation where you were unsure whether you needed to take your pet to the emergency vet or wait for the regular vet to open? I think it's pretty safe to assume most people have, at some point or another! Never fear, we've got Dr. Natalie Fayman DVM in the house to help us decide what needs the ER and what can wait for normal vet hours. Dr. Fayman was kind enough to have a nice chat with me, where we went over a list of common scenarios pet owners face on a daily basis, and lets us all get a bit of a better idea what needs an emergency visit! We discuss ear infections, eye injury, sudden or worsening loss of appetite, limps, even reverse sneezing (and more!) So, whether your pet got into your *stash* or has goopy eyes, you can find some answers here!

I'd like to make sure that every listener is aware that this episode can not possibly ever replace the advice of your veterinarian, and when in doubt, take your pet to the doctor! It's always a better idea to be worried about nothing, than to not worry about something big.
