Loneliness has become a global issue. Many of us are often surrounded by people, and yet we often don’t feel connected to any of them. And contrary to what most people believe, this all started long before cell phones and social media were invented. The psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Robert Waldinger believes there's a simple resolution to this issue, and that’s what we’re talking about in this episode.
