Join us as we interview Andrea Suarez with We Heart Seattle a nonprofit organization whose goal is to clean up Seattle and make it livable again. Andrea shares the trials and tribulations of dealing with 12,000 homeless often drug addicted people who live in Seattle and are making life miserable for themselves and their neighbors. Andrea has a servant’s heart as does her team of volunteers who work with people to get them off drugs and off the streets along with picking up hundreds of tons of garbage every week. This is a lively show with some pretty hard to listen to statistics and stories of how broken Seattle is and what some possible things that needs to be done to bring healing to the streets.
