As the season changes, we feel the pull of nature to slow down and tread gently. While the wheel of grind culture might not want to slow, the billions of atoms in our bodies remember: the days are growing shorter, the nights longer, and we need rest. We need to gather our energy so we can grow again next Spring.

To honor the return of Autumn, join me in extending compassion and gratitude into the world with this lovingkindness meditation.
