The holidays are upon us and that often means spending more time with friends and family members. It can also mean being asked about more personal aspects of your life. In today's episode, certified sex therapist, speaker, writer and relationship expert Susan Wenzel shares some advice about how to navigate these conversations.

We discuss how to talk about non-monogamy with others, whether you are telling them for the first time, or revisiting the topic. We also chat about setting boundaries and how to broach the topic with children.

But first, Siobhan shares a tip for coming out as Non-Monog that she's recently found useful, and Question of the Week returns at the end of the show for the final time this year.

A huge thanks to Susan for joining us on the show. You can find her at her website and on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. Her book is ‘A Happy Life in an Open Relationship. The Essential Guide to a healthy and fulfilling non-monogamous love life.’
