Gerri McHugh is the founder and director of Global Health Film and has overseen its transition from project to registered charity. She’s held leadership roles in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, advising on developing and implementing strategies for organizational reform and growth. She was the CEO of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene until mid 2016 when she left to focus on developing Global Health Film.

Global Health Film is a UK based non-profit that serves a global community, passionate about health and social justice issues through the power of excellent film and inspiring conversations that spark change.
