We had a fantastic chat with Keith Price, and covered a lot in the 40 minute chat.
From transitioning from the military, working in the US and the UK, to working with DarkMatter overseas and finding the right working environment.
We talked about the benefits of working within and hiring diverse teams, the importance of being an ally and speaking up for others, as well as how we attract more women and more diversity in the industry.
Keith talked about why he likes to offer part time roles in his teams to help attract more people who can't work full time, and we had a great rant about flexible working.
We also talked about an employees individual wants and needs and how they can change, and training future leaders, as well as contracting vs permanent working.
We also talked about the ways business can make themselves more attractive to employees, and finding the right environment for you as a person.
