In the heart of our lives—where the grind never stops, where the past lingers loud, and where the pressure to keep pushing weighs heavy—we carry invisible bags—bags packed tight with what we were taught, what we survived, and what we never had the space to unpack. We were told to stay strong. To keep quiet. To tough it out. To never show weakness. But what happens when those lessons start showing up in our adult lives as fear, anxiety, overgiving, or emotional shutdown? Tonight on The 4 Opinions, with our guest Dr. Rashida Fisher Tranquil Temper we’re cutting deep into the truth with: “Letting Go to Let Go.” This ain’t surface talk. This is about sitting with the root of our habits, dismantling the silence, and finally asking ourselves: What am I still carrying that’s not mine to hold anymore? We’re unpacking: Why we overextend for people who don’t return it How abandonment in childhood can shape our choices as adults The weight of unhealed trauma in our relationships And the journey from survival mode to self-liberation Because letting go isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. And healing? That’s real power. So lock in wherever you are—on the move, at work, or winding down. You’re tuned into The 4 Opinions, where four real ones come together to have the conversations we were never given space for. Only on 89.9 KMOJ – The People’s Station. Let’s talk about it. Let’s release it. Let’s let go to let go.…
