This week we're talking all about music and surfing with the wonderful Tara Brooks! Tara is a DJ and producer from LA and has played at some of the biggest events around the globe- BPM, Burningman, Coachella, SXM Festival, Ultra, and many more as well as releasing on labels such as Bedrock Records, Desert Hearts, Get Physical amongst others. Tara has had an incredibly strong passion for music from such a young age, but a few years ago she found another one of her passions- surfing, which has served her as therapy and healing. In today’s chat we talk about what are we doing to find happiness when things get tough, what are our hobbies or passions to lift us up and clear any pain or trauma, how Tara has found a way to combine her two passions and the importance in finding other hobbies outside of our everyday lives to avoid potential burnout and anxiety.
