In this episode we ask David to go into more detail regarding his player recruitment philosophy, and the main driver behind his work with professional clubs to help them make their recruitment process........ an actual process!
He talks through the 3 steps, why they're important, and why it's vital that we remember that every club is different, therefore, the system must be flexible enough to allow for these differences in order to consistently generate a list of appropriate players for that club to pass onto their scouting department.
We also discuss the value in being able to consistently value players depending upon what your club values the most, and how a potential new signing can be compared against those players in your current squad.
