What actually is story, and how does it shape our identity and our mind?

We can't be human without having a story. And although story only partially revolves around present situations, past experiences play a more significant role in the stories we tell about ourselves.

-The power of knowing who you are

-Recognising the blindspots in the stories we tell ourselves
