Most people think authenticity is something we do so that the people around us can perceive us as authentic. But authenticity is not an action. It's the ability to experience yourself fully, honestly, and truthfully. And from that place, others can experience you honestly, fully, and truthfully.

In this episode, I'll discuss authenticity and why most people don't let themselves be who they really are. I'll also share ways to uncover your true authentic self, overcome imposter syndrome, and release yourself from what you are not.

What You'll Learn:

-The human need to find our true, authentic self

-How to begin the search for your authentic self

-What to do when you feel disconnected with yourself

-Where our sense of self comes from

-Identity and specific ways to know who you are

-How to see yourself as you really are

-Is imposter syndrome real?

-Ways to release yourself from who you are not
