23 - Keith Eakins on the Hubris of the Supreme Court
Manage episode 443010358 series 3521961
In this episode, Dr. Keith Eakins discusses his concerns about the "hubris" he has seen in recent Supreme Court rulings and their impact on the Court's legitimacy. Along the way, he and James get into spirited discussions regarding how much discretion the administrative state should have when implementing or interpreting laws and whether or not concerns expressed about the Court overturning "precedent" are just partisan attacks against decisions some court followers don't like.
