Born and raised in the ghetto of Chicago, from a young childhood Elton watched his father abuse his mother. When Elton was nine his father took his own life. Just a few years later his mom died of cancer. Before she died she pointed Elton to God as the source of his strength. Elton's story gives hope to all who pass through difficult tragedies that you can Rise Strong.
