David Victor was a performing member of the platinum selling band, Boston and now is the founder of an organization called Harmony and Healing where he arranges musical visits to patients in hospitals and hospices. We discuss the powerful effect music can have on us and how it can be used to help us feel better in very challenging circumstances. And he plays and sings a bit of an original song for us in the interview! Don't miss it!

Here are some of the things we discuss:

- music as magic

- music as a wonderful way to express yourself

- music as a way to get us into a spirit, make us feel young, healthy, alive

- what David calls "Musical Memory Healing"

- how the song is expressed beyond the lyrics, it moves you, inspires you

- the powerful way that Harmony and Healing is making a difference in people's lives
