Being overwhelmed by the great diversity of ability in the classroom, he designed a software that would accommodate for every student, and give him time to meet with them one-on-one regularly. His platform, AIR Language, works because it gets students reading language that functional in daily life. When they read on AIR Language, students actually grow.
