Today, we are joined by Thomas Bredahl, Associate Professor at the Department of Sports Science and Biomechanics, University of Southern Denmark. We discuss if and how active transportation is a solution for reducing physical inactivity, and what are the main ways in which we can change people's behaviour. We then dig into the architecture of our neighbourhoods and how their shapes and aesthetics influence our physical activity levels.
