Today i have my amazing friend Sohlarie on the podcast. Growing up in Phoenix AZ, she was a straight A student and athlete. When she 13 years old she tried meth and got addicted. Spiraling out of control with drinking and drugs she moved to Los Angeles pursuing a career on Hollywood as a dancer. At 23 years she got clean and sober on Halloween 2011. With over 12 years clean she talks about her struggles with Co-dependency and mental health. Sohlaire shares her spiritual healing journey with therapy, step work and service with the San Diego recovery community
