Have you ever tried something new and felt like nothing happened right away, so you wanted to sabotage your goals instead of reaching it? One second you're all in, and the next, you're wondering if it's even worth it.

As you start working on your ‘goals’, there is one biggest enemy that may sabotage your journey: you. In today’s episode, I talk on how to break the cycle of self-sabotaging in all parts of life, not just fitness, and to focus on doing the work rather than chasing shiny results.
