In episode 9 I speak to Rosie Nixon. Rosie is an author, campaigner and former editor in chief of HELLO! Magazine. Rosie was Editor in Chief at HELLO! Magazine from 2008-2023. Following an intense period of burnout, Rosie stood down as editor to go freelance. She is now Editor at large of HELLO!, a qualified coach, and runs HELLO!’s podcast – In a good place.
We discuss how to look after yourself whilst balancing motherhood and your career, how to tackle burnout and why we need to be having more conversations about menopause.
