On today’s episode I have Siobhan Fildes, the co-founder of women’s hormone brand Ashaya. Siobhan’s love for Ayurveda and her own hormone challenges led to the creation of Ashaya. Ashaya’s range was created to support women during pivotal life changes where our hormones change. Their range offers a daily hormonal balancing ritual that can simply be integrated into your every ay life. I am currently on my own hormone journey and I am completely invested in all hormone balancing products so I am so excited to share today’s episode.
