Laura has a cert 3 + 4 in personal training, as well as a bachelor in psychology! She really embodies beauty and brains.
What I love about Laura is that she shares her struggles, she shows a realness and relatability on her socials. she has been open about her struggles with Hashimoto's disease, an auto immune disease.
