Today is a solo episode all about nourishment. I have had my ups and downs when it comes to how I fuel my body, but after years of trial and error I finally feel like I am in a really positive and balanced place. I am sharing my own personal experience and tips, and always encourage you to get your lab work done and see a nutritionist, because diet is so bioindividual.

A little back story of my own journey when it comes to nourishment, I would always resirct myself and hold off eating for as long as possible in the day. I know a lot of women can ressonate with this! For so long social media was showing fasting for women and coffee instead of breakfast.
