From obsessive thoughts to panic attacks, eating disorder and manic episodes – that’s how hard OCD disorder can be. Brooke Miller, a brave OCD warrior and passionate mental health advocate, is here to share her journey.

Brooke is a lovely mom and wife who has been struggling with OCD for a long time and saw this illness impact many aspects of her life.

“The subtypes of OCD disorder can switch, and they can adapt, and they can change. So you can maybe feel like you conquered one subtype and then a new subtype pops up. It really feeds on kind what is on your environment”.

Therapy and family support have been key in her healing path. It’s truly inspiring seeing how hard Brooke works to overcome her challenges. 🧡
