Burnout is real. It's a build up of continued ongoing stress particularly in the workplace to the point where burnout can manifest in physical, mental, emotional exhaustion and also disconnect people from their daily tasks. The nonprofit sector and people leading community-facing work engage in a lot of stress from meeting fundraising goals and heightened competittion even among colleagues.

Setting boundaries is one way to help reduce stress and decrease burnout in the workplace. When organizations work with their team members to help safeguard a person's time, energy, and purpose - we more often seen signs of improved relationships between employers and employees and also increased productivity and improved work relationships. Join us as we share some of our experiences on this topic.
