'Tis the season for festive gatherings, joyous celebrations, and all kinds of delicious food and drinks. However, for many women, managing food choices during this time can be a challenge. Balancing the desire to savor the season while also feeling healthy and energetic is no easy task. Unless you plan to hibernate at home, navigating buffets of rich foods, festive cocktails and dessert spreads is inevitable. And making time for workouts amidst the holiday rush?
