Have you given thought to what the main components are in successful leadership? What do you really need to bring to the table to be an effective leader? There are a lot of different ideas on what skills you should master, and today I am sharing what I see as the four main things you need to thrive. In this solo episode, I offer a lot to think about and some questions you can ask yourself about how you can grow your own leadership skills!

We’re Exploring:

  • The one component you need to be successful at the other three
  • How therapy models can differ from coaching models and what that key difference accomplishes
  • What it really takes to make someone a great teacher, and how you can incorporate these traits into your teaching
  • The ways in which ALL leaders are really coaches and why coaching skills are so important
  • How facilitation can be used in many areas of both our professional and personal lives
  • Using your understanding of trauma responses and others’ emotions to be a better leader
  • Why it is so important to always be growing and learning

And so much more!
