Today, we've relocated to the West Coast of the US and visiting our guest, Ms. Eva Vennari in Los Angeles. Eva, AKA the Spiritual Alchemist, is the founder of the Elevate Institute, an organization dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through specialized nutritional and lifestyle guidance. She specializes in addressing chronic health issues and supporting clients in overcoming various health challenges by focusing on root causes rather than just the symptoms.

Eva's work often involves the use of hair mineral analysis and other diagnostic tools to create customized health plans for her clients. She's known for her holistic approach to health and wellness, empowering individuals to take control of their health and improve their overall wellbeing. During this conversation, you'll hear us get into a discussion on mineral toxins and their impact on our body. It's a fascinating field and understanding how our body needs just that right balance of an array of minerals such as zinc and copper, and which popular foods contain what, is crucial for optimal performance.

Eva outlines her five simple essentials for creating and sustaining that level of healthy living. For many years, Eva's worked with individuals like you and I from all over the world. Many want help deciding what's the next best step on their progressive healing path, and she works hand in hand with each individual to carefully interpret what's not serving, interject what can, and implement new healthy habits for life.

So there's never any guesswork. As Eva highlights, accountability and partnering up are key to success and accelerated healing. In support of her practice, Eva has and continues to study a broad cross-section of related fields and frequently speaks about topics such as health, wellness, and personal empowerment. Additionally, she's published three best-selling books, and if you get the opportunity, you should check out the SUE Talk that Eva delivered as it offers a great account of her own journey from struggling to finding solutions.

Team ET, please join Eva and me as we look at how we can take a holistic approach to our wellbeing. Zeroing in on self-care and self-awareness.
