It’s time for our host and co-host, the husband and wife podcast team, to chat. On this episode of the Healthy Conversations in Trucking Podcast, you’ll learn about Jonathan Huntley’s journey over the road. He’s been a truck driver since 2009 and hauling cars in the US for most of those years.
Jonathan joins Dr. Huntley to share his journey over the road and a few of his experiences, including a little fun fact that even Dr. Huntley didn’t know about her husband until the interview. Jonathan talks about the good and bad aspects of driving over the road, and shares about some of his favorite parts of the country.
Jonathan shares with us what he loves most and least about the job, and discusses his biggest health challenges as an over the road truck driver. He also shares his best tips for addressing these challenges.
