September is the time of the year when overwhelm starts to become a problem amongst many of my clients. After the summer holidays and with Christmas looming in sight, in September many property solopreneurs have a reset button moment and do the final push for the year. Then it becomes very obvious what goals are not being hit, which can cause a lot of stress and overwhelm. However, it doesn’t need to be this way, and in this episode I’ll share some great strategies for finding balance and overcoming overwhelm.

What Is Covered:

-How to find out if you’re causing the overwhelm yourself

-Why knowing how your mind works is crucial for managing overwhelm

-How to let go of fear of judgement or guilt around other property people

-Prevent yourself from overworking and overwhelm with 3 simple strategies

-The importance of building systems in your property business

-How to deal with bad tenants and learn not to take things personally

We all experience overwhelm at some point. And if we don’t, then we're probably not doing enough. If you are experiencing overwhelm, be kind to yourself and step back, identify and eliminate the problem, or find somebody to work with. Remember that we're in the business for ourselves, to create financial freedom and to build the life we want to lead, and then to have time to enjoy it. Don't stay overwhelmed, because it’s not a normal position to be in just because you're a solopreneur.
