ADDMORE Outsourcing is a company founded by Colin Addley. Colin is a British national who has over 40 years of experience in handling multimillion-dollar offshore projects globally. He also had worked for over 16 years with a large Filipino engineering team in Dubai and that’s when he realized that the Filipinos possess the skill sets, character, and loyalty, proving them to be exceptional workers.
According to Colin, he was impressed with the work ethics of the Filipinos and how we emphasize the importance of quality and efficiency. Thus, making him decide that Philippines is a good place to establish a BPO business.
