Meet Jennah Motter, Director of Operations, at Bellomo & Associates

Jeff’s guest is Jennah Motter, Director of Operations, at Bellomo & Associates. Jeff and Jennah met when she taught his daughter’s dance class. Back then, Jeff saw something special in Jennah and hired her.

In 2017, she started out with the firm by scanning documents and compiling binders for clients. Over time, she gained valuable on-the-job experience and proved herself playing a variety of roles at Bellomo. Now, as Jeff’s “right-hand man,” she runs the day-to-day operation.

While working at Bellomo & Associates, Jennah was able to use her dance background to score a position as a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader. This gave her the opportunity to make life-changing trips overseas to meet with and perform for members of the U.S. military.

Near the end of her five-year stint with the Ravens, Jennah was honored to represent the team on the 2022 Pro Bowl cheerleading squad, which features one cheerleader from each of the football teams. In addition to the thrill of performing, she was able to meet with and talk to young people about the value of doing important work off the field.
