In this episode, my husband and I talk about healing relationship wounds from the past and how to nurture your relationship in the present. We discuss how past relationship wounds affect the new relationships we embark on and how we navigated thru the turbulent waters of past trauma. We talk about the importance of embracing difficult and vulnerable conversations, developing a mindset where love can grow and the role personal development had in helping us work thru our insecurities and wounds. (This episode is part 4 of a series on Overcoming Betrayal and Divorce.)
