This week on the Balanced Warrior Podcast, we have coaches Chris and Paul, who recently met with their Grandmaster, Grandmaster Byung Min Kim. If you have been tuning in, you’ll notice that Chris and Paul reference Grandmaster Kim’s training often, and a lot of the lifestyle they both live is from Grandmaster Kim’s teaching. Of course, the meeting was profound and powerful, as with all of them, and had the two of them thinking and reflecting at a deeper level. Tune in to learn a bit more about how to adopt the Il Il Shin (Be Better Everyday) lifestyle and listen to the takeaways that both Chris and Paul received. Here are some key points to look out for…

  • Sometimes, words have the same meaning but different interpretations.
  • Stay out of the gap.
  • Focus on progress, not perfection, and always be happy where you are.
  • When feeling down, use three different stacks.
  • Victory Stack: Focus on your victories in life.
  • Gratitude Stack: Focus on what you’re grateful for.
  • Ego Stack: Focus on the great things about you, the individual. Ensuring that you are worthy of success.
  • Take time for self-reflection: How could I do better? Who am I? Evaluation of your personal behaviors.
  • What is your personal definition of success?

This podcast has a ton of valuable wisdom, and it is right here for you all to benefit from decades among decades of experience and wisdom.
