Hurray! Another success story! This one comes to you from Rose, who is sharing her story of recovery from suspected PPPD / 3PD. Rose's symptoms came on just over a year before we filmed this interview. She had two young children at home at the time and it was, as you can imagine, a terrifying time. Thankfully, Rose found my work relatively early in her journey and took my advice about getting a therapist who specializes in mindbody disorders! In this interview, Rose shares the mindsets, tools and discoveries that helped her during this process.
