This is PART 1 of an interview with Kristin Townsend, LMFT, who is a holistic, somatic therapist and who has her own story of recovery from PPPD despite a Meniere's diagnosis. Kristin suffered from constant symptoms like dizziness, tinnitus, visual symptoms and derealization, and then she also dealt with tinnitus and lost her hearing, resulting in receiving the Meniere's label. She brings so much wisdom to her account of her experience and I know you'll learn a lot from her. Stay tuned for Part 2, in which we will take a deeper dive into somatic therapy and yin yoga for neural circuit dizziness.
