Feelings of loneliness and despair are at an all time high as many people feel trapped with very few people they can consider friends. So in times like these, where can we find hope? What is the way back to one another? That is why we are so excited to welcome today's guest, Licensed Professional Counselor and Professor, Sharon Hersh.
