Meet Shannon:
Finding the right neighborhood for her buyers. Attracting multiple offers for listings. Negotiating top-dollar deals. Shannon loves to help people get what they want! She has helped clients buy and sell hundreds of homes throughout the DFW, and she does it all with a smile. Shannon understands the nuances of each local real estate market, she knows how to listen for what people want, and she works tirelessly on behalf of her clients.
Shannon grew up in Marin County, California and received her B.A. on the other side of the country at Georgetown University. She began her real estate career in international sales in the Caribbean, and she has lived in five countries and is fluent in three languages. Shannon recognizes that life can differ greatly from country to country, city to city, and even neighborhood to neighborhood. She understands that finding the right home has as much to do with the surrounding community as it does with the feel of the house itself.
Home for Shannon is Plano, TX, where she lives with her husband, two boys, and Bo-chi (Boston Terrier-Chihuahua). She can often be found at the Farmer’s Market in Downtown McKinney, drinking a Chai Latte at Summer Moon in Frisco, and hiking along the creek at Arbor Hills in Plano. Shannon is one of the four principal agents at North Group, and she is genuinely excited to help you learn more about the real estate markets north of Dallas.

Jodi was raised in the Midwest and obtained a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Navigating 6 relocations and a new home build personally, she understands the process and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for her clients. Jodi resides in Prosper, TX with her husband and two children.
