Karuna is a wonderfully articulate spiritual teacher and guide who lives on the big island of Hawaii. She specialises in the spiritual aspect of healing, working with people who are suffering due to addiction, trauma or complex PTSD.
During this conversation, Karuna describes a number of beautiful experiences that have shaped her life, and how she healed from an eating disorder which was destroying her. She is extremely well schooled in lots of different aspects of spirituality, having received guidance from many teachers along the way, including Ram Dass.
