Join us in this powerful episode as my guest, Stephanie Chambers, shares her incredible journey of survival and spiritual resistance after facing two SCADs and a carotid artery dissection leading to a stroke. Discover how faith became her anchor, transforming her fear of death into a profound understanding of eternal life as a Christian. As you listen to her story, you’ll find a testament to God’s glory and the strength He provides when faith meets adversity.

If you are listening to me in real-time, we are at the end of February, which is GO RED FOR WOMEN month with the American Heart Association. Chest pain is nothing to mess around with. Even when the signs are subtle, the consequences can be deadly, especially if the person doesn’t get help right away. That’s why so many women die of heart disease, in fact it is the number one killer of women. Don’t be one of them.

If you have any of these signs, call 911 and get to a hospital right away:

  • Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. It lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back.
  • Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach
  • Other signs such as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness

For more information, visit the American Heart Association’s website at heart.org or Go Red for Women’s website at goredforwomen.org. I want to encourage my listeners to donate to that cause to support the innovative research, education, and prevention services that protect the women we love. Let’s win this together!
