Brian wraps up season 1 with his reflections on the topics covered over the past year and some memorable interviews with his guests. He takes a few minutes to share the most popular episodes based on downloads from season 1 as well as important conversastions included in his "Innovation Series".

Brian then takes a few minutes to follow up on the topic of healthy aging, covered in episodes 18 and 23 with Tina Woods and Nic Palmarini. He has a special request of his middle age and younger listeners related to the topic of aging and seeking council from elders.
