In this episode,I had the pleasure of sitting down with a special guest, Samm Adel, for an insightful and heartfelt conversation. Sam shared her journey from being a former educator to transitioning into the hospitality industry, highlighting the pivotal role that thinking played in her life transformation.

Throughout the episode, Sam opened up about the challenges she faced, including a career-ending injury, a pandemic-related job loss, and the emotional toll of experiencing a miscarriage and postpartum depression. Through therapy, faith, and the support of her loved ones, Sam identified her pillars of faith, family, and service, which became her guiding lights in overcoming mental health struggles.
