It's summertime! It's a time to frolic under the sun and make memories with family and friends. But don't forget to hydrate! Dehydration in high heat and humidity can lead to heat exhaustion, nausea, dizziness, headache, and weakness.

In this episode, Doctor Gayle shares her tips on how to optimize hydration not only with water but with the food we eat as well!

Dr Galye's 3 Ways to Stay Hydrated:

1. Drink 1oz of filtered water for your height in inches

2. Eat hydrating green leafy vegetables, cucumber, berries and watermelon. Drink fruit smoothies.

3. Set an alarm to remind you to hydrate throughout the day and add an affirmation: Hydrate, feel great!
