I’m going to go bold here and say as artists, there’s no such thing as balance. The lines between work and play are constantly getting blurred because our work IS play.
And when you’re trying to juggle creating the best work you possibly can, work you’re PROUD of, with all the responsibilities that come with running a business…you really need something besides balance. You need ALIGNMENT.
