The mission of ICBB has always been to protect, promote, and support the community banking model. The Community Bankers Association of Ohio has a similar mission, and they just celebrated their 50th anniversary. To celebrate with them, Madison Caplinger and Derek Hetherington to discuss with Aza Bittinger, president of the CBAO, the evolution of the CBAO, its goals and future, and the state of community banking.
